neither everything is possible nor everything is impossible , things required certain conditions to be possible & impossible
possible impossible are two words
most of positive people say everything is possible & every negative person every time says it is not possible
let me be very clear on this. certain tasks , activities & challenges are possible in certain conditions , if any positive person says it is not possible let us ask why he is saying this ,(especially those people must ask who are leading team in a private organization)
let us go through a simple example from Mahabharata - all of you know that Pitamaha Bhishma had "इच्छामृत्यु वरदान" now if pandava had to kill Bhishma they have to bring Shikhandi in front of Bhishma so he will put his weapons down & then Arjuna can kill him.
now the conclusion is if Pandavas want to kill Bhishma, condition is they have to put Shikhandi in battle field in front of Bhishma if they dont put they can not win battle. so make killing Bhishma possible has a condition which I mentioned above.
if they dont put Shikhandi in front of Bhishma , it is impossible to kill him.
